Feng Shui all the rage for home buyers!

The more we sell real estate...the more we run into clients asking questions about how a home is set up for Feng Shui. When selling your home you may want to pay attention to some of the principles of Feng Shui...It can help you sell your home quickly and for top dollar. A great book to buy is The Complete Idiot's Guide to Feng Shui written by amoung others Master Val Biktashev (one of the foremost experts on classical Feng Shui). Furniture positions, water, numbers, and presentation are all part of the mix in setting your home up for improving health, wealth, and relationships. As the Katy area becomes more populated, and we attract more buyers who practice eastern influences, you may want to pay close attention to making sure your home is more appealing to these potential buyers!

Great New York Times Article about the Houston Area!

On Wednesday, March 14th the NY Times published an article about Houston area and the ongoing real estate boom. The article states that 97,400 jobs were created in the Houston area in 2006 alone! The article goes on to state that "Nowhere is the growth more apparent than in the city's Energy Corridor. Straddling Interstate 10 west of downtown, the area - home to companies like BP, Royal Dutch Shell, Conoco-Pillips, Exxon, Mobil, and Citgo - has become one of the strongest real estate markets in the city." This incredible growth obviously is a boom to the Katy area...and the wonderful KISD school district. If you would like us to fax or e-mail you a copy of the entire article...please e-mail us your fax number or e-mail address.
